Eligible Visa and Residence

This visa is for people who have lived and worked in specified areas of regional Australia on a previous, eligible visa. This is a Permanent Resident Visa. Must have one of the following eligible visas at time of application and lived in for 2 years in a regional or low population growth area (if state sponsored) OR in a designated area (if family sponsored):

Work Experience

Applicant must atleast one year (12 Months) of Work Experience as holder of eligible visa in a regional or low population growth area (if state sponsored) OR in a designated area (if family sponsored)

Language

Applicants must have FUNCTIONAL level of English – IELTS with 5.0. Bands each

Processing time

Applications are assessed within 24-28 Months. Currently as on April 2020 applications submitted before November 2018 are being assessed

AUD$ 415.00 as of April 2020 for main applicant
