This visa concerns people who have expertise in specific areas that Australia needs, and which are not sponsored by an employer. To get this visa you need to get a minimum number of points awarded according to various criteria.
The application for this type of visa is both long and complicated. It is therefore advisable to use OBCO Migration Services. Since the procedure can be long, it is recommended to initiate the procedures as soon as possible. Moreover, the period of the Skills Assessment does not qualify you for a visa, or Bridging visa. Therefore you must have a valid current visa during the application or make it from abroad.

The Temporary Skill Shortage (TSS) Visa allows skilled workers to come to Australia and work for an approved business. To qualify for this visa you’ll need:
Occupations eligible for nomination are listed on the Department of Home affairs website as short or medium/long term lists, which is updated twice a year January 1st and July 1st.
You must be sponsored by an approved business. A business can sponsor someone for this visa if they cannot find an Australian citizen or permanent resident to do the skilled work.
You can be in or outside Australia when you lodge your application.
The TSS Visa is for anyone who has found a company willing to hire and sponsor foreign workers for skilled Australian jobs, for which you have the skills and experience required. Before applying you must have found a company hiring you and have received the confirmation that the company is indeed sponsoring you. This Visa is mainly used to employ or transfer a foreign employee when the company has not been able to find the appropriate resource on the Australian labor market.
